* The deposit is FULLY REFUNDABLE within 2 to 3 days after the event takes place, provided that there is no damage to the facilities or equipment and the area is returned in clean condition.
* In the event of cancellation prior to the event date, whether due to weather conditions or other reasons beyond our control, the deposit will NOT BE REFUNDABLE.
